Business contact data you submit: name, work email, institution or fund name, telephone number, role, target check size and asset-class preferences.

Commercial deal data submitted by sponsors or lenders, which may include property financials such as trailing twelve-month statements (T12), rent rolls, debt schedules and loan maturity dates.

Technical and interaction data collected only after analytics consent: a random session identifier, device and browser type, referring source, pages viewed, video plays, pauses, seeking and viewing progress, chapter and transcript interactions, button clicks, form progress, interaction timestamps, browser time zone, and an approximate country inferred from that time zone. Our first-party analytics does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, or device fingerprints with these events. If you book a call and have accepted analytics, we link this activity (including how much of our videos you watched) to your booking contact record in our own systems so we can prepare for your call. This link is never shared with Mux or any other third party, and it does not happen if you decline optional tracking.

Communications data: booking records, call notes, email correspondence and support tickets.

To deliver the service: qualifying sponsors, underwriting and structuring debt requests, and routing exclusive opportunities to the appropriate lender or credit fund.

To operate our business: scheduling allocation calls, fulfilling research-brief downloads, billing retainers, maintaining records and enforcing our terms.

To improve and secure the platform, including analytics, fraud prevention, and model quality assurance.

For direct business-to-business marketing, where permitted by law or where you have consented. You may opt out at any time.

Where EU, UK or similar data protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating a B2B origination platform; your consent (for non-essential cookies and certain marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.

We disclose information to service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, CRM, scheduling, email delivery, analytics), to the lender or credit fund allocated to a given transaction, to professional advisers, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics and advertising cookie activity may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state laws; you may opt out via our cookie controls.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, adjust cookie preferences through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer, and request access, correction or deletion subject to the rights described in our jurisdiction-specific notices.

By providing your phone number through any form on the QuantumLead.io site, you expressly consent to receive SMS and text messages from EZ RE LLC related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at info@quantumlead.io. Opting out of SMS will not affect other communications. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.

EZ RE LLC retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Advisor inquiry and CRM data is retained for a minimum of seven years consistent with applicable marketing regulations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting info@quantumlead.io, subject to our legal retention obligations.

In the event of a data security incident that compromises your personal information, EZ RE LLC will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable state and federal law. Notification will be provided in a timely manner consistent with applicable legal requirements and will include a description of the incident and steps you can take to protect yourself.

The QuantumLead.io site is intended for use by licensed financial professionals and adults who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. The QuantumLead.io site is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.

After you accept analytics, the site uses first-party event logging to measure page visits, video watching, transcript use, clicks, and form progress. Mux provides video delivery and optional video engagement analytics. GoHighLevel provides appointment scheduling, CRM, and follow-up automation. Spotify provides embedded audio. These providers may receive technical information needed to deliver their services under their own privacy policies. We do not currently use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel on this site.

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services. These third-party sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing personal information.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information we hold about you, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to request deletion of your information, the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right to receive your data in a portable format. You also have the right to exercise any of these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of their data, to opt out of the sale of their personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. QuantumLead.io uses local browser storage and similar technologies for essential preferences. Optional first-party interaction analytics and Mux video analytics remain disabled unless you click Accept Analytics. Choosing Decline Optional Tracking prevents those analytics events from being recorded. Merely continuing to browse does not constitute consent. We do not use cookies or similar technologies to sell your personal information.
