QuantumLead.io and Quantum-Lead.com are trade names of EZ RE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating a marketing and lead generation business. Our services consist of the identification, education, and pre-qualification of prospective retirement-income consumers and the delivery of appointment introductions to independent, licensed financial professionals. We are compensated by a flat marketing fee for these introductions. We are not compensated by commissions on the sale of any financial product.

EZ RE LLC operates as a lead generation intermediary. In fulfilling these services, EZ RE LLC may engage independent third-party marketing partners, lead generation vendors, and fulfillment contractors (collectively “Fulfillment Partners”) to assist in consumer-facing advertising, pre-qualification interviews, and appointment scheduling. The use of Fulfillment Partners is a standard industry practice and does not alter the nature of our service, our fee structure, or our obligations to our advisor clients.

EZ RE LLC may contract with independent third-party Fulfillment Partners to perform some or all of the following functions: consumer-facing digital advertising, inbound lead capture, consumer education, pre-qualification interviews, and appointment scheduling. These Fulfillment Partners are independent contractors of EZ RE LLC. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of EZ RE LLC. EZ RE LLC does not supervise their day-to-day operations and is not liable for their independent acts, omissions, errors, or conduct beyond the scope of their contractual obligations to EZ RE LLC.

EZ RE LLC retains responsibility for the overall quality standards and delivery commitments made to advisor clients under their service agreements with EZ RE LLC. Any dispute regarding lead quality or appointment qualification must be submitted to EZ RE LLC directly at info@quantumlead.io and will be handled according to the terms of the applicable client service agreement.

All financial professionals who receive appointment introductions through QuantumLead.io are required under their service agreement with EZ RE LLC to be independently licensed and in good standing with applicable state and federal regulatory authorities. EZ RE LLC is not a party to any transaction between a financial professional and a consumer. We do not supervise, control, or accept liability for the independent conduct, advice, or actions of any financial professional after introductions are delivered. EZ RE LLC reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any financial professional upon receiving credible reports of consumer complaints, regulatory sanctions, or misconduct. If you are a consumer who believes a financial professional has engaged in misconduct, contact your state insurance department or FINRA at 1-800-289-9999. EZ RE LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurance agency, insurance producer, fiduciary, lender, mortgage broker, appraiser, accountant, or attorney. We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state insurance department. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice, or an offer, solicitation, or recommendation with respect to any financial product, annuity, security, or insurance policy.

The financial professionals who receive our introductions are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of EZ RE LLC. We do not use high-pressure tactics in consumer-facing marketing. We do not promise specific financial outcomes to consumers. Consumers who are introduced through our system will be contacted by an independent, state-licensed annuity or financial professional. QuantumLead.io does not provide advice on which financial product is appropriate for any individual. EZ RE LLC maintains the right to terminate its relationship with any financial professional upon receiving credible reports of misconduct involving consumers and encourages consumers to report any concerns directly to us and to applicable regulatory authorities. Domain names: quantumlead.io and quantum-lead.com are registered domain names owned by EZ RE LLC. Any unauthorized registration of confusingly similar domain names may constitute cybersquatting under the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), 15 U.S.C. Section 1125(d), and will be subject to legal action including a claim for statutory damages of up to $100,000 per domain.

Financial professionals are independent third parties and EZ RE LLC exercises no control over their interactions with consumers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZ RE LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and independent Fulfillment Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our services.
