Accessibility Statement

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our accessibility efforts consider the Americans with Disabilities Act and related United States requirements, the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, applicable New York accessibility requirements, and relevant European accessibility standards, including EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act where applicable.

These laws and standards can vary by service, location, and effective date. This statement describes our accessibility efforts and is not a representation that every legal requirement applies to every part of the platform.

We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, screen readers, browser zoom, text resizing, semantic headings, descriptive links, form labels, and meaningful alternative text for informative images.

We test key site flows at common desktop and mobile viewport sizes and review new interface components for accessibility as the platform evolves.

QuantumLead.io is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most parts of the site meet the standard and that some content, including material supplied by third-party providers, may not yet fully conform.

We assess conformance through a combination of automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard-only navigation, and screen reader review of primary pages. The most recent assessment covered the home and audience pages, the research blog, and the legal pages, and no automated WCAG A or AA violations were reported at the time of that review.

Written channels are available for every interaction. You can reach us in writing at info@quantumlead.io instead of by voice, and you can complete every form, request, and booking on this site without a phone call.

Where we publish audio or video content, we provide captions or an equivalent written transcript. If you find media without captions, contact us and we will supply a written transcript.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in an alternative format, email info@quantumlead.io. Please identify the page, the issue, the assistive technology or browser used when relevant, and the format or accommodation requested.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to provide a correction, a reasonable alternative, or a remediation timeline within 30 days.

Some booking, document, or embedded services may be provided by third parties. We encourage those providers to maintain accessible experiences and will help users find an alternative way to complete a task when a third-party interface creates a barrier.
